Hui Excel Ninja Staff member Apr 12, 2011 #2 There's no magical button to do that Thats why there is Copy/Paste You can add a formula to refer to the 2 rows in the correct order But then you will need to Copy/Paste Values before you delete the original 2 rows anyway If it is something your going to have to do regularly it could be done with some VBA What is the application and why can't you copy/paste ?
