Sumifs across several columns

Please try this if it works, i have not physically counted cells:

=SUM((DATA!$A$2:$A$1739=Sheet1!$E$2)*(DATA!$B$2:$I$1739=Sheet1!$D$4)*1)

Press Ctrl+Shift+Enter to execute.
