Sum with worksheet selection change event

i want sum of the range btween "H2:H10 in

sum in cell "H11" (range H2:H10)
vat 4% cell "H12" (H11*4/100)
add.vat 1% cell "H13" (H11*1/100)
G.Total cell "H14" (H11 + H12 + H13)

by the worksheet selection change event macro
