Spin Button in Do-nut Chart

Respected Sirs,

I am not able to understand how the spin button is working in the attached do nut chart.

I need this same spin button to be work for the second chart without spin button, but not able to figure this out.

Kindly let me know to get this working.

I insereted a spin button from the Developer tab after right click on the button --> Format control and set the Current, Minimum and Maximum value and the incremental change then just adjusted the Cell link.
