ok what I had done is I had selected the data range and then applied filter to it and then selected the option as sort smallest to largest or vice versa...hope u got it...

this was my first attempt. however it does not seem work for me (may be i am doing it wrong)

please see attached result when i use the filters and sort it, the end result distorts the data in column C,

don't worry it is not so complicated...give it a try once again u vl surely get it..:)
