Skip a column on a macro copying from one tab to another

Hi,
I was wondering if someone can help me...
I want to be able that when info is copied from the Renewal Report tab (yellow tab), on to the black tab (Invoice Audit) that it skips copying column H in the Invoice Audit tab (the Qty).
So it should copy like it is now, columns A - I in the Renewal Tab on to the Invoice Audit tab
But skip so it doesnt copy when copying from the yellow tab, to copy anything on column H on the Invoice Audit tab from the yellow tab. Can that be done? Please see attachment.

but no problem, I made a sample, including skip target's H-column.

Please see illustration below. On the first picture, the numbers on the column with the heading Final Order Amt (column J) should be the same as the numbers on the column called Final Amt (column I) on the second illustration.

Sample: one 'Report'-tab for many uses, easier to make own layout.
No need to copy/move anything, no need to have same data many times...
Select wanted 'Report' with Combo box.
All conditional formats, fixed filterings and so on missing, of course!

That sample wasn't format!
It can look same as You have seen!
It would be much easier to edit/change ... almost everything
