Pivot table mystery

I have a mystery I need to resolve. Someone created an excelsheet and instructions.

The pivottable is selecting cells from a1:x65536 (do not ask me why).
There is only data from a1:x263 (264 if you include manually added averages on 3 columns).

When I change the data source to x263, then 3 fields dissappear in the pivot table.
It seems to be grouped data from 1 field. This field is showing "24-8-2016 17:39:06".

Why does it do this?

I am trying to improve this sheet, by using a table instead of just filters. But my method seems to ruin everything :)

I'd love to, but it contains corporate information :(
I made a screenshot of the pivot table. Highlighted in red the 4 columns. The bottom one (Resolved) is available as column header. The 3 above it are not (Days, Hours, Minutes).

I tried to ctrl+f the mentioned fields in the data source, but cannot find the columns.

I believe that's date/time grouping. You'd need to right click on the column and set grouping logic.

Something like below screenshot.
