Pivot Labels

Hi,

When you have a Pivot, in the column Labels I have year and month, cause i want some of the values in year and months, but now, i want another set of values not to sort by the column lables (month and year) i only want to see totals for that. i've tried to put the other set of values in the Low lables, but then it does give you the sum for that specific Package but in diff line. can somebody help me?

Your post title does not say any thing about your problem, the reason I opened it was because just having your name there made me think it was spam and I was going to delete it.


Forum members have diffrent skills/intrests in Excel, and a clear title of the problem will attract members who can help.


As to your question I origanaly thought of just putting the required field into the value box but I think you are needing some thing else. Can you upload your workbook to Dropbox, it is free, does not reguire users to register, has no time delays and does not try and get you to download some obscure software.

Ditto to what bobhc said, an uploaded workbook would probably work best in this case so we can see exactly what you're trying to accomplish.

I did consider renaming the Ops header but I thought that as they had just put their name in they may not understand how to find their post by click on their nick.
