Again a gentle reminder, don't shout, turn off your caps lock.

Second, the code is in worksheet_change event, so I had set the target cell to G2, so when ever G2 changes values are filtered and output is generated.

why we have used the below in vba
"private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)"
"If Not Intersect(Target, Range("G2")) Is Nothing Then"

Please to make me understand the utilisation of these lines

We want to update the result when ever value in dropdown in cell G2 should change. So VBA has worksheet events, So the result should come on cell change event, that's why I had use this event.
