Howdy folks. I recently stumbled across Mike Girvin's YouTube channel at http://www.youtube.com/user/ExcelIsFun

I can't recommend this resource enough. What's particularly interesting is that Mike has recently independently posted quite a few episodes that traverse much of the ground we've been covering at the Excel Challenges section (http://chandoo.org/forums/forum/excel-challenges ).

It's heartening to see that some of the approaches in the book are the same as what we've covered off. Which just goes to show that Mike knows his stuff. And some of the approaches we've come up with are actually improvements on the book. Which just goes to show that we know our stuff, too!

What's also cool is that a lot of this is covered in Mike's new book, Ctrl Shift Enter: Mastering Excel Array Formulas
, available from http://www.amazon.com/Ctrl-Shift-Enter-Efficient-Calculating/dp/1615470077

There's a free sample chapter available at http://issuu.com/mrexcel/docs/ctrlshiftentersamplechapter and the associated book files are available from:

http://people.highline.edu/mgirvin/finalFilesDownloaded.zip

http://people.highline.edu/mgirvin/YouTubeExcelIsFun/ExcelFilesThatGoAlongWithDVD.zip

(The master directory for the last two links is at http://people.highline.edu/mgirvin/ExcelIsFun.htm )

Download it and give it a spin. I've already got my copy on it's way.
