Need your help for Lock the particular cell range with password without protecting the sheet, because some the features are not working with protected sheet. The cell contains of formula and data validations.
Locking needs protecting.
But if no need to use that range then editing could make a bit difficult.

I have tried, The unlocked protected sheets, but some features are not working. So i am looking for macro to lock and protect the cell or cell range without protecting the entire sheet.
Can you be more specific about what features you needed, but were unable to use when you protected the sheet? The best solution would be the simplest; use the built-in protection ability.
