If your Excel version allows it , get into the habit of using Tables ; everything becomes that much simpler.
See the attached file , which does the same job as the one uploaded by Bhawani , but without the same manual involvement ; since the data is in the form of tables , the formulae for the totals will automatically reflect addition of new rows in any table ; referring to the columns is also easier , since you can use the column header labels.
