Help To make user interface with user and password for excel workbook

good job deepak but i need the workbook whene i insert the username and password go directly to sheet called (interface )in the workbook

for example
if i add a new user and determined that user name as only user not admin he can't change any thing in the workbook and if i determined that user name as admin he can edit and have all access
