Help requested for Horizontal Dynamic Average with AVERAGE OFFSET and MATCH

Hello,

on the Worksheet named "Country" I am trying to calculate (in cell B25) an average of the values residing in range B16: J16. However, I am requested to select the 1st year (cell B20) out of a range of years (B13 to J13) and also to select the amount of years (cell B22) for which the average will be calculated. I am also requested to use AVERAGE and OFFSET and I have been trying with a nested MATCH but don't seem to get ir right.

Any help is appreciated

Who gives you those requirements? Sounds like homework that way. You can't expect us to do that for you. In the first place it is unfair to you as you do not learn that way.
