Hi All,

I have question actually task that i should perform. I was struggling to find out the solution for that. I've attached the spreadsheet with a precise example that i need.
first we two worksheets named 1 and 2
for 1 is general where conditional formatting should be applied
2 where real data stored

1- in the current state (worksheet 2) we have 4 items that should be filled yes or no it calculates it to R/a/g column. All "Yes"

2-basically R/A/G columns results like
if in total it equals to 152 then it should be green
if in total it equals to 100 then it should be yellow
and below 100 it should be red
and this results should be appeared in worksheet 1 H6 cell showing traffic lights

thank you all
Really need it

Hi Kanagat,

1) Apply the custom formatting with Traffic lights on the Sheet2 R/A/G Column.
2) Set the Sheet2 value on the Sheet1 (G6 ='2'!G6)
3) Copy the formatting from Sheet2 'G' Column to Sheet1 'G' Column using format painter.
4) If you want to show only traffic lights and no values on Sheet1, set the backcolor of cell to "No Fill" and Forecolor to White.
