Filter & Sort options in Excel

Hi all,
I have a big file of stock items, maintained for a warehouse, with item codes, location of items etc. When I used Filter command to filter them based on location, I found that not all items are displayed in the filtered data. How to get over this problem?

Hi Yusuf,

One problem might be like this:
if one location is entered like "ABC" and a similar looking location is entered like " ABC" or "ABC " then if you select ABC in filter it will not show others similar looking locations.

So check for such problem in your data.
