Excel Data Entry forms

Hi,

can anyone point me in the direction of a tutorial on creating forms for data entry in excel.


I've a spreadsheet where I want to insert a button called "new entry" clicking on "new entry" will open a form and from there I want the user to enter data and click submit.


After that the entered data is displayed in columns, where can I go to teach myself how to do this?
