Error in practicing VLOOKUP

I have made a table of six students with headings of different subjects and corresponding Marks below these heading. When I am using lookup, in drop down, for first and third student it is showing correct figures, for second it is showing #N/A error and for rest it is showing heading i.e. "Maths". Please suggest what I am doing wrong?

Could You send an Excel sample file, which shows that challenge?
... instead of ... Word-file.

Please check the length of the names, it may happen you have added space to the name unknowingly. Please find attached excel file which is working.
