Dynamic Line Chart Value

Hi there,

I have a performanc data historical data dump; of which i build line charts with different time frequency for different products. I worked almost everything except one... I want to show the only last value in the line charts but whenever i change the time frequency or different product. It is missing (shown blank). Is there a way to get the last value to present in the chart.
