Dear Sir,

I wanted to make payroll from Sheet 1 by formula and not by copy past what will be the solution?

As my Sheet 1 has monthly data and I wanted to make it Consolidated in Sheet 2.

Can you please help me.

Your I wanted to make payroll from Sheet 1 by formula and not by copy past ...
Headers should be same with all something.
What would be payroll?
One possible solution would be a Pivot-table.
