Creating a Chart...Help! Please!

Can someone please help? I am creating a chart using the data attached, but not all of the data is showing. Only about half of the titles are showing in the graph. I've tried expanding the chart, but that isn't working.

Which chart are you talking of ? Your workbook does not have any chart.

Can you explain what the chart should show ?

Hi Narayan,

I've updated the file with the chart that I am working on. It now shows all titles, but the chart is very large. Is there a way to make the chart smaller without losing any of the titles from the data and keeping the titles big enough to read?

Hi Lauren ,

If you want all the titles , the alternate ones , except for one or two in between are all the Spanish version of the English titles ; they are all repeated with the addition of the text Spanish.

Couldn't you separate out the data so that you have two charts , one for the non-Spanish , and the other for the Spanish ?

If not , the smallest font size that you can select and still have readable text is 8 ; only by reducing the font size can you reduce the width of the chart.

The alternative is to have it as a bar chart , so that the titles are along the vertical axis.

Beyond this , I don't know of a third option to have all the titles showing , and a small chart size.
