Creating a 5-Star Chart [SOLVED]

I was practicing to make a 5-star chart via your link at http://chandoo.org/wp/2011/04/13/how-to-make-a-5-star-chart/ and when it came to the step to import the 5 star mask, I clicked on your “attached here” link but the screen came up blank. Can you help?
