I want to maintain an MIS of unique loan files audited by my team. I have a record which also contain duplicate LAN nos. I want a formula that will read unique loan files audited by my team member. I have attached the sample file for your perusal.

Count if should contain array range Sheet1B:B and not Sheet1B2:B22,,,,so on. - reason (audit count of each team member will be auto updated when a record is updated in Bth column.

Yes Thank you very much. I liked this formula. I am searching for this formula. I wanted to know how you have defined names for the samplers and LAN Numbers.
 
Hi ,

If you click on Name Manager , you can see how these named ranges have been defined. Both of them will automatically extend to include newly added data , as long as there are no blank cells in between.
