Consolidating several worksheets into one pivot table

Hello,
I have 12 worksheets with the same data separated by months (each worksheet corresponds to a different month). This data changes every month.
Is there an easier way, other than creating a summary sheet to combine them all in one pivot table? And whenever I update one of the sheets all I have to do is refresh the pivot table?

And what about the Data Model technique?

If the data on sheet Oct16, Nov16, Dec16 are in Tables then you can integrate these tables into 1 pivot table.

Or VBA.
