Conditional formatting

Hi!

I need to know if there is a way to do the following:

I have a set of data, and i need to use the if command and conditional formatting so that the result gives me green and red flags. Now the tricky part is only one green or one red flag is easy, what if i want more than one flag in a cell.

For eg. a value of 10 gives a green flag/red flag, a value less than 30 but more than 10 gives 2 green flags/red flags, and so on.

Hi Ratan,

Data is unfortunately confidential. But is similar to the file that I uploaded. Ideally, i would like to have multiple flags to indicate that a value is more positive than the other or less positive.
