CONCATENATE with Addition to Date

Hi:

I need to add 15 days to the second part of this formula and display the below results. But instead getting #VALUE!

Formula:

=CONCATENATE(TEXT(VALUES!D2,"mmm d, yyyy")," thru ",(TEXT(VALUES!D2,"mmm d,yyyy" + 15)))

Desired Results - Jun 15, 2016 thru Jun 30,2016

How do I adjust this formula?

What do you get if your formula were only this part:
TEXT(VALUES!D2,"mmm d, yyyy")

Try changing your formula to...
=CONCATENATE(TEXT(VALUES!D2,"mmm d, yyyy")," thru ",(TEXT(VALUES!D2+ 15,"mmm d,yyyy")))

=CONCATENATE(TEXT(VALUES!D2,"mmm d, yyyy")," thru ",(TEXT(VALUES!D2+ 15,"mmm d,yyyy")))

What do you get if your formula were only this part:
TEXT(VALUES!D2,"mmm d, yyyy")

I get "Jun 15, 2016"
