color the max or min value of a selection

hello,

I would like to color the cell with the max or min value within a random selection.

much detail: I have a very large range of value, I want when I select a range to color the cell with the max value and min value. (you can find below the file I am working on In Exercice3.

Any ideas pls.

Add a blank row at top of Exercise3. In a1 enter =MAX(A2:CV101). In C1 enter =MIN(A2:CV101).
Select A2:CV101.
Go to conditional formating choose new rule. Then format only cells that contain. Choose cell equal to and enter =$A$1 and choose format.
Then make a new rule in the same manner using =$C$1.
