24 hour availability schedule

I've search a lot, and cannot find template for a 24 hour availability schedule 'graphic chart'. The graphic will be for all viewers to quickly view if other employees are available in the US and eventually in India. Gannt style chart seems close, but not sure how to display all the time zones for everyone. Attached file has graphic bars pasted on top of hours that employees are available. Surely there is a dynamic way with formulas, or Gantt, or pivot table or something that might display information. (my first post)

Check the data & window tab, It has been done with REPT Formula & CF. hope this is what you are looking for
