1 Dimensional Scatterplot - Bullet Chart

Hi guys,

I was checking Jorge Camoes's blog and I saw this way of making bullets charts starting from a 1 dimensional scatterplot. However, he doesnt really explain how he did the whole thing.

I'm having problems with the set up of the data and the formatting overall... really dont know where to start

The file you have attached is the file with just one data point ; if this example is explained , will you be able to extend it to your working data file ? If not , please upload your data file , and clearly indicate the data which you wish to chart.
