power pivot - pivot tables not 'relating' two linked tables properly

HI there,
I have attached a workbook, in which i have linked two tables "tenants" and "leases", which are related via the ID field , although after creating my pivot table and trying to add the 'Last name & first name of my Tenant ( against the Lease number from the lease table) is not bringing back the correct data.
Sorry i'm a rookie still, although i find Power pivot very exciting. your comments/ help will be much appreciated.
Kind Regards
MArtin

As an alternative you could join the two tables in Power Query and get your data in the desired format without any Dax Measures.
Hi alan, Indeed I could just create a table using Power query, although I have used Power pivot many times before and it worked fine till now. What do u think i could be doing wrong that I cannot 'add' ( for example: the last or first name, to the pivot table without getting repeated data ). ?
Kindly let me know. Thx. Martin

You will have better luck starting a new, clean thread rather than appending, aka hijacking, someone else's thread.
