Dear Friends,

I need your help to make an progress bar in excel. Here i have attached an excel file to clear you what i need actually. Against the Activity i will put a date in col B and the color progress bar will be highlighted automatically up to that date.

Its done using conditional formatting with formula.
why cant you go between two dates. why number of days?
