How to bring unique data with common reference in same row from different worksheet

Hi! I have a work sheet which contains export data against EXP no.again in another work sheet there are different export data against EXP no. between this two worksheet there are some common EXP no.
Is it possible to furnish all the unique data of these two worksheet against matched EXP no. in one single row respectively ? SOMENDRA !!!!!!!!!!WHERE ARE YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!
