I have a list similar to this. (Have removed other columns with information that is not important for this question)

CA-30005

What I'm trying to figure out is how to use Conditional Formatingto Format the last duplicate of each number in Bold.

I have tried different approaches with No luck.
 
Maybe this rule?

=AND(A1<>"",COUNTIF(A$1:A1,A1)=COUNTIF($A$1:$A$12,A1))
