Changing Pivot Table Background Color to Grey

I customized my pivot table by setting the background color to light grey. However, each time I refresh the data, if there's a decrease in the amount of data, the background color reverts to white. How can I ensure that the background color remains light grey regardless of how many times I refresh the data?
