thanks a lot for agreeing to help me. I would like to create a waterfall chart that sums up to the Deal Value of $25 million. I have attached a excel with dummy values below of what I envision my chart to look like. (Reference - Value Walk).
Have also attached another separate file with dummy excel values in a DCF. I you can help me recreate and add up separate components to the final purchase price of 25 million I would be very appreciative. (Reference - Example).

Please let me know if you have suggestions to go forth this.

Regards

Hi, Mimi Mitra!
Your .xlsm file VBA code at open time fails trying to activate worksheet Cover, surely because a cropped file version and hope it doesn't interfere with the rest.
Regards!

Hi ,

The two files do not appear to be related to each other , since the Example.xlsm file does not have a single formula ; thus to know which of the individual elements in this file correspond to the individual elements in the Value walk.xlsx file requires an person with a finance background.

If you can explain which of the rows / cells in the Example.xlsm file need to be used , it would make it easier for others , who do not have the requisite finance background , to answer.
