Shift-PrtScr or Alt-PrtScrn, Start Button, All Programs, Accesories, Paint, Ctrl-V, Select, select area, Crop, SaveAs, choose output and type, Accept, Close, and you're done.

Sorry, man, sometimes I can't refrain my most basic instincts... and I have no choice but helping people... :p
Now if you're willing to elaborate a bit more, explaining in detail, what do you want to achieve (remember that we are at Excel forums :DD), then I might try to be a little less serious and see if something else come to my mind.

HI SirJB7,

I want to created FAQ's list but want to create in a new visualization with respect to FAQ content .(not looking for a Dashboard.).Are there any to give good looks to the created FAQ list or Help file ( where i can also do search string in the FQA to get desired infromation)...An example of what i am looking is something like .CHM file which is generally a HELP embeded in the software package in you install the software .I am re-attaching for just an example
