Vlookup + max function(highest to lowest)

Hi

I have a requirement to enter comments in a particular range with a list of labels to be aligned by highest # of occurrences.

Overview: There is a space where I have to auto capture the total # of occurrences and the reason (by default there are 6). I need to count & provide those labels/reasons one by one (highest to lowest).

Can anyone please help with a formula to achieve this. I have attached a sample file.

Can't you a pivot table to achieve this??

I inserted some random numbers to reflect data in your table, then as Nebu suggested, used Pivot Table to produce a report ...
