Hi,

I have attached a sample file in which sheet 1 has data. From this data I want to develop a macro which will gives me data in the manner which is sheet 2.

Hi,

without any explaination from the real source file (text export file ?)
and mistakes between source data and desired worksheet
(time gap, confusion between ORGANIZER & ATTENDEE, …),
you just have to perform a search for your source data application !
