VBA code to capture a particular value when cell is clicked

Hi,

Can anyone help me with a vba snippet to capture a particular value(clicked on it) to paste against a particular field?
I have tried with userforms & if conditions but it's slowing down my excel file.

Its not enough to know.. what you want to do.. in fact.. file is also macro free.. no Userform, no code..

Please elaborate requirement.
