VBA Code for Searchable H:MM AM/PM ComboBox

I have a long list of times to choose from in my drop down box which is a lot of scrolling. I want to be able to type an 8 inside the box and it give me a choice between the two times in my list that begin with an 8 which are 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM and so on. The setup that I have right now, came from watching a You Tube Video titled "Create a Searchable Drop Down List Just Like Google"
