V Lookup with different name.

Dear Sir,

I wanted to apply v lookup for “Freight Income A/C” but my other sheet has got name as " Transport P & L Freight Income “ there are a lots transaction with the same way so I can’t remove it manually can you please help me apply v lookup formula for the same.
