Good Evening,

Need suggestion and help for a Userform Query.

I am attaching a sample book here for my query, i want to fill the table data threw Userform like Which i have shows in image.

To start, you can use the basic built-in Form tool. Let's you edit records, scroll through them, and even search based on criteria.

thank yoo luke sir vert nice , this is exactly what i want but in this .......

1.. what is criteria.
2.. i want to sho the command button on seperate shhet with a pic... and user form on same sheet..

3.. table on seprate sheet.
4.. and most important i just moving this on new my own worksheet so where i can copy the codes..

The actual "code" is straightforward

Sub Macro1()
'Shows form for data on Sheet1
Worksheets("Sheet1").ShowDataForm
End Sub

You can put the button/picture on whichever sheet you want, and assign the macro to it.

If you click Criteria, you can enter criteria(s) on the lines you want. E.g., you could type "Male" for Sex, then hit Find Next, and you'll see that you can only see the Male entries.
