Unique values in drop down list based on cell value

I would like to ask some help to display the unique values in drop down list based on cell value. I searched a lot but unfortunately I can not figure out this. You can find my sample file in attachment.

Hi Narayan,

Thank the links but they are just half solution for me at the moment. The structure of data table (in range K18:L30) is fixed so I can not use that way what is behind your links.
