Transposing the data

Hello Experts,

Could you please help me transpose the data, for the attached workbook by looking at the No or City as base and should transpose the PO#.

Example : City america has data from Row B2 :B6, the formula should keep the base as city or number and transpose the data in first line and the rest cells should be blank.

If you could provide me the formula, it would be of great help.

As to your question, I do not know how much data you are working with but if smallish amount why not just use copy and paste transpose.

Hi,

I assume you want the solution in the format that you uploaded, see the file, it has array formula solution.

Note: the formula's in workbook are array formula so must be enter with Ctrl+SHift+Enter. If executed successfully you can see {} around the formula in the formula bar. Also note these braces are automatically applied by Excel, so don't type them manually.
