Chihiro Excel Ninja May 17, 2016 #2 Since 500-999 etc are not values (i.e. numeric), but treated s text string, best way to do this is through Custom Lists. Follow direction given in the link. There are some downside to Custom sorting though, as detailed in the link. http://www.myonlinetraininghub.com/sorting-excel-date-slicers Another approach is to add prefix (00-, 01-, 02-...) to use as sorting index.
