Sorting info from data sheet into separate sheets

Hi Members
I have uploaded my sample excel workbook.
The instructions are in the "Header sheet" - basically,
I have info in a "data sheet" that needs to be sorted into separate sheets and give me the output into the respective sheets as shown in the "Header sheet".
Please refer to the attachment which explains the desired output.
