Show Address from another sheet

Hi All,

I have a spreadsheet that I want to be able to type a name in sheet 1 and it will put the address of that person which is stored on sheet 2, is this possible and how.

Much appreciate anyone's help a.s.a.p.

That is exactly what I am after, but is there a way of not having the - in the blank cells as when I do a Mail merge this will show up on the letter??

I think I must be doing something wrong as it is not working when I copy into my spreadsheet, my spreadsheet is call OT Deductions Mail Merge.

In the address sheet if a cell is blank, Address 1 for example, it shows a - in the corresponding cell on sheet 1, When I do a Mail Merge into a letter, the - will show where Address 1 would be.

I Wonder if you would bo me a huge favour, can you give me the formula so that the addresses are pulled from just the Surname Only?
