Set Row Height to 15

Hi All,
When I open workbook, Worksheet's row size by default set by 20 and i checked it should be 15, Can anyone advise how to set by default row height set to 15.

Thanks for reply, I have implemented both ways
1. to increase font size from option
2. saved template in XLstart

but still problem is not resolved, any other way to do, please advise
 
I suggest, please try to arrange your default excel font size -

Go to Office option Top left on top and go to General and set Font size to 11

Hope this will help
 
When i open blank workbook rows height is by default 20,
and when i open dashboard and any other workbooks, rows and columns are in different format (rows and columns size different) and same sheet I open in different laptop sheet open in well format.
