Sending Bulk E-Mails from Outlook with Attachment

Hi all,

Need Help in This Macro.
In My Attachment at column "B" There are some EMP Name the data should be send as attachment and send to given e-mail id's in "E" column
Data should copy from "A:D"
Some Text to type in body of mail and Subject as the name in column "B"
