in last step, how i reach to formula bar with selecting an image ???

sir, actually selecting rectangle shape i am able to go to formula bar, but it not bring any charts in the desired cell.....

I download the sample file provided by chandoo sir, in that file i reach to formula bar with selecting the image very easily but in same computer system it gives no response.

I think its an excel setting fault.

pls check this file.
